Discounts available for Low Budget productions (budgets as defined by ACTRA) as well as those who want to use the space for holding/lunch only (no shooting).

What is your payment policy?
Our payment policy is designed to be transparent and flexible for our clients. We typically require an initial 50% deposit before booking any project, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 calendar days before the date of the booking.
Do you accept last minute bookings?
Yes. We love helping out with last minute bookings anytime our space is available. When other say no, we say yes.
Last minute bookings may require an additional Rush Fee.
What are your hours of operation?
We do not have any. We accept bookings 24/7/365 based on when clients would like to book our space.
Are there additional fees?
Yes, you may be subject to additional fees. Please inquire about what extra fees may be at the time of your booking. We aim to make all fees transparent and upfront.
I see your space is LGBTQ owned. Does my event/project need to be?
No, but we do require you to ensure that your event isn’t actively hateful or dangerous to the LGBTQ community as most of our staff is LGBTQ and we will not tolerate hate or discrimination.
We book non-LGBTQ programming no problem at all 🙂
